Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
